They have from day 1 ensured I left with an understanding of what I needed and have never tried to upsale me. Have left it up to me to decide what I could. They treat me with a great deal of dignity and respect, never to take advantage of my limited knowledge in car maintenance. Abby is especially attentive and works diligently to make sure you leave satisfied. For this reason I will only take my car there for service.

Not only did they change my oil, but also did a 26 point inspection and made sure that I knew about the manufacturer suggested maintenance. Not only was the attitude and personality of the whole crew great ( which I don't see much of in this day and time) they were respectful of my time. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will continue to use this Jiffy Lube location for not only my oil changes, but also my other car service needs.
