  I went to get an oil change and tire rotation/balance. Besides the oil change, not being as quick as it should’ve been with it being called an express oil change; The car service wasn’t really bad. The experience that I did not like dealt with the customer service at the end when I went to get in my car after paying for the service and it did not crank. Before asking, I overheard them speaking about a battery test in which I proceed to ask, and the guy with the ponytail seem to be reluctant to answer the question (walking shaking his head). But they did have the battery test And came back to tell me it’s gonna cost me close to $60 for them to figure out if it’s the battery or alternator. A simple test that we all know is free at Advanced auto parts. Nothing more than plugging up a machine and telling me to reeve my motor up and hit the blinkers and wait for it to read out good or bad. Me just coming there showing no battery problems and asking for a battery test, I understand charging me. But in this instance, you literally gave me my car back with a dead battery and then proceed to try and charge me to test it. I literally heard yall say ( to each other) “the auto lights will do it every time, while doing the safety check”. You just doing the obvious right thing as a person or individual could have kept a customer. But I will take my dollars elsewhere next time; and I hope people read this review.

  This is the best express oil change location! I always have the best experience here and the guys are ALWAYS so so nice, polite, and professional. Tyler was our guy today, and he gave excellent service!

  Needed my oil changed. Walter was extremely knowledgeable about my car and answered all my important questions! He was also very efficient!

  Cody and Scott were extremely helpful and friendly. They fixed a problem for me but got caught in the crossfire of exploding windshield fluid. They were both great sports and appear to love their jobs. I drive from Meridianville to this specific location because of the great staff here. Thank you so much.

  I have been going here for 15+ years and never had any issues. Usually, they are quick, but if you go during a busy time there might be a line. Prices seem fair, and they offer discounts for different things so it’s something to look into if you’re one of those that like to save a few bucks.
