We were leaving on the 26th of December and got a call on the 23rd that they could not accommodate us, they had no vehicles that size. Now if you do NOT have a vehicle that size then why are you making it available on your website??? And why are you waiting right before the Christmas holiday to call me and tell me?? Then to top it off the woman that called was extremely rude and offered no options whatsoever! I will NEVER use this rental company again!
