  Terrible. First, you get to reserve a van a week in advance but when you get to talk to them about getting the van ready they don’t have it ready, they don’t have at all, instead they tell you they can give you what they have in their lot (only big trucks, vans) That may not work for you because it may be too big to drive it whenever you may go, at that point you have no choice than to take it because you have a place to go. They know that way ahead but they tell you the day before or anything, what they do, they just lie to you, in your face, all lies about the re-calls on their vehicles and other nonsense. Be careful when you try to make a reservation at this place. No integrity, no calls or emails about not having the vehicle ready for you so you can decide if you want that change or not. I won’t do business with them ever again.

  Needed a rental car immediately. Our local Enterprise came to our rescue! Great customer service! The staff are super kind as well. Pick up and return was quick and easy. They made a tough day a lot easier. Thank you!
