These people, after corporate said it’s up to the mgr. Tristan the mgr had zero interest in assisting us and refused us the car. It’s 2 women and 2 kids mind you. The employees laughed and talked about the last mgr being fired while my elderly mom tried to explain we were stranded and from out of state. I mean, there was no empathy and the service was very rude and insensitive. I hope this new mgr Tristan gets fired soon too b/c he left a very poor impression of Enterprise with our family.
