She is truly an absolute gem at this location and a major asset to your team. I would also like to share some constructive feedback. There is a tall gentleman with a beard—whom I believe may be part of the management team—who, unfortunately, has consistently lacked customer service skills during my visits. Interactions with him have often felt unnecessarily difficult when asking for assistance. Overall, thank you for employing team members like Yaivonda. Her professionalism and customer-first approach are exactly what keep customers coming back.
