- JHJefferey HicksDec 14, 20243.0The only reason I am giving 3 stars because they could not resolve this issues that they made. I went to get my truck and trailer weighed. I went inside to put up the paper work, and not looking at the paperwork, I assumed that the things on the weigh paperwork was right. I went in early the same day and gave my information and everything was right. So, this time I didn’t check because I did the exact same thing. Anyway, I noticed the paperwork was wrong because they gave me one with the wrong company and weight on it. I went back in and ask can they pull my weight from the system and she told me they could not. There was no way she could retrieve past weighs even when I seen them put my company name in the system for that weight. Oh by the way, I am military, so now I have to try to explain that to my office so I can get paid. Other than that, great customer services and fast weigh station.
