- APAnthony Pinto4 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed. This shop is happy to take your money for "guesses" rather than performing actual diagnostics. I’ve had two recent experiences here, and both were absolutely miserable. First, I brought in my 2017 Ram 1500 for a misfire. While they resolved the misfire, I picked the truck up with a new Check Engine Light on. I had to poke around under the hood myself to find that they had left a vacuum line disconnected and a sensor completely unplugged after reassembling the intake. It was a total lack of basic quality control. The second experience was far worse. I brought in my 2012 Prius (220k miles) with P0300, P0301, and P0303 codes. Based on my research, I told them I suspected a blown head gasket, but they insisted it just needed a $1,000 "tune-up." As soon as the work was "finished," I got in the car right there in their parking lot, turned it on, and the Check Engine Light was immediately on and the engine was still running poorly. I told them to look at it again and they kept the car for another week, only to claim it was "running fine" and had no codes. Again, the check I engine light came on as soon as the engine started. I took it to a different mechanic who diagnosed the blown head gasket almost immediately, it was visibly blowing coolant out of the tailpipe before they even started the compression test. Express charged me $1,000 for work the car didn’t need because they failed to perform a proper diagnosis and ignored what I told them. Save your money and go to a shop that actually listens to the customer and stands behind their work.
