I wish I remembered the name of the lady who helped me so I could mention it here, but she truly went above and beyond. I needed to replace a catalytic converter under warranty. I first visited the Center Point location, but due to a computer issue, they weren’t able to process the warranty. I had to take an Uber all the way to Leeds, and even there, the same system issue was happening. However, the lady at the Leeds store didn’t give up. She took the time to help me, accepted the defective part, provided me with the new replacement part, and took down my phone number so she could enter the warranty into the system once their computers were working again. I’m very grateful for her kindness and dedication, especially since the previous store couldn’t assist me. I hope she sees this review and knows how much I appreciate her help. She was a lady with long hair, and she truly made a difficult day much easier for me. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
- LLLegitgamerNov 28, 20255.0I was traveling back to Oklahoma from South Carolina on thanksgiving when my brake caliper came loose and cut through the aluminum rim on my truck. I had tried to call every mobile mechanic in the book for help when I went to autozone and meet Robert!!!! He went above and beyond to help me and my family get back on the road and I am truly grateful!! I know my opinion probably doesn’t mean much but Robert deserves do be rewarded to his dedication. Also I’m not sure of the managers name but thank you as well for all of your help with this .

- RMRonnie McFarlingAug 5, 20255.0I want to say how impressed I am with Heather at the Leeds Store. I had a check engine light come on in my 2012 Escape. She scanned it and showed me the printout with the most likely issue. She showed me where the part was located on my engine and told me that it was an easy installation. I bought the part and attempted to install it myself. I got everything installed but could not get a plastic clip to release so I could finish the job. I drove to the store and she came out to look at it. She jumped right in and after a few minutes she got the clip off and finished the installation for me. She is also an expert when installing wiper blades.
