She scanned it and showed me the printout with the most likely issue. She showed me where the part was located on my engine and told me that it was an easy installation. I bought the part and attempted to install it myself. I got everything installed but could not get a plastic clip to release so I could finish the job. I drove to the store and she came out to look at it. She jumped right in and after a few minutes she got the clip off and finished the installation for me. She is also an expert when installing wiper blades.
