  My husband took my daughter’s SUV in on Sunday due to a slow tire leak. He was back home pretty quick so I was surprised when he said it was already fixed. He came in and said “honey you need to go give those guys a great review like you do because they were awesome”!

  Tried out the new tire place here in sumiton, everyone is very nice and friendly and honest! Learned new things about the tires I purchased a couple of weeks ago! (Not from here). Jagger was especially helpful!

  On November 6, 2025, I visited the Mavis tire store in Jasper, AL, to address a low tire pressure issue on my wife's vehicle. Upon arrival, Chris and Steven promptly greeted me and initiated a diagnostic assessment. Given the tire pressure was at 11 pounds, it was clear that there was an underlying issue. Following a thorough examination, including the application of lubricant to detect leaks, the source of the air leakage remained unclear. Consequently, Chris and Steven added the requisite amount of air and advised me to return if the issue persisted, indicating that they would conduct a more comprehensive assessment, including tire removal. After a brief conversation, I expressed my gratitude for their assistance and departed. On November 7, 2025, I revisited the store due to another low tire pressure incident. This time, I was greeted by Ira and Jason, while Chris and Steven soon joined in. Collectively, they expedited the diagnostic process by pulling my vehicle in and conducting a thorough tire examination. Shortly thereafter, they presented their findings, revealing a nail in the tire. Fortunately, the nail was positioned in a manner that allowed for repair, which they promptly executed. I am deeply grateful to the staff at Mavis tire in Jasper for transforming a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. Throughout my visits, they consistently demonstrated exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of tire assistance and intend to return for any future requirements. Thanks BWalker

  I know I’m late but Haleyyy is amazing and so is Chris they helped me out so much when I didn’t know what to do most friendly people I have ever met did great with my car and even told me about a problem they didn’t even have to tell me about I would definitely recommend and trust them with my car again
