The first guy gave me a price before anything was done. I said oh okay but I have a coupon, so he added that. I had asked that he put air in the front tire as it was low but please check all tires. He didn’t put air in that but told me he did. I was in my car doing 10 different things because it’s the day before Thanksgiving. So I just figured all was handled. It wasn’t. I needed wipers too but went to the store beside them. When the tire light wouldn’t shut off, I was like he didn’t even put air in it. So back I went, this time I believe it was a manager but either way, Brandon, got me in and I told him what I had asked and what I needed. I said they usually show me my air filter and he didn’t. He said it was okay, but I don’t think he checked. So he said no problem, he checked my tires, put air in them. He checked the filter and showed me and it indeed needed changed. They were out of them but I went back to the auto store next door and got one. He had given me the specific number I needed. I even got a cabin filter because he asked about that as well. I came back and he put them on and took care of everything. I told him I’m not trying to g to get someone in trouble, I bring all my vehicles here. This man went above and beyond for this Bama mama to get her son’s car ready for the road! I thanked him many times. Please don’t be mad at the guy who forgot to do a couple of things, we’re all human! It’s the day before a big holiday and I just wanted my son’s car right. This is where I take all my vehicles. I will still go and for sure with the extra care that Brandon gave me and he never even seemed bothered that I was complaining but not lol I never raised my voice. He got me squared away and back on the road! Thank you Brandon!!
