We had great service from Kathy Shadinger of Bill Penney Toyota of Jasper. We inquired about a vehicle they had in stock while we were vacationing at an Alabama beach. She sent us all the info on it and several pictures, and when we were able to stop there on our way home she was there waiting for us even though it was after dark. She answered all of our questions, and we’re now proud owners of a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia Limited!

I had the pleasure of working with Deshawn who was amazing, the whole process and everyone involved was a great! This is my second time buying from them and will be back! Everyone was super nice and patient with me and worked hard to get me what I needed! I traded my 4 Runner and got it paid off in full, got a new vehicle with a better APR.
