  I get my vehicle serviced here regularly. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Chris Adkins has helped me for most of my services. He is excellent. I've started hoping for him anytime I schedule maintenance. He clearly outlines my car's needs and also is able to provide guidance on how to best maintain the car. Furthermore, he is able to distinguish between what is necessary vs what is optimal. When Chris helps me, I feel like he takes care of my needs. Thank you, Chris. Management, I hope you recognize Chris for his outstanding servicing skills.

  Hi, I wanted to give a Huge Shout out to Lyndon Harris for assisting me effortlessly every step of the way during my recent purchase at your dealership. Lyndon answered each and every question I had and explained the whole purchasing process very thoroughly. I also want to shout out Jake he was a tremendous help as well during my purchasing process, he made my vehicle test drive smooth and answered every question I asked.   After going to a few different car dealerships Saturday, we decided to stop by Bill Penney. Lyndon was very patient with me looking at different cars (I’m very indecisive lol) I found one that I feel in absolute love with! He was amazing during the entire experience! I told him what I was really wanting in a car and payments. He made it happen! My family loves our Tahoe and we are so appreciative of Lyndon and everyone that made our experience great!!

  Me and my daughter inlaw pulled up in a small Volkswagen car yes we both had worked all day had my grandbaby also and Noone ran to help us except one young lady her name is KENDRA HENDON and that day she was so sweet and explained some of the difference in the vehicles . To be honest I was gonna go somewere else and look around also but she made a big impression on me so 3 days later I told her id be back . And yes I went back and we are in the process now of waiting on the vehicle I want to arrive . She was so helpful and sweet so if anyone has anxiety as bad as I do its ok go see her and they will help you get what you want . I will update when my vehicle has arrived so stay tuned !!!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Kaden Nicholas at Bill Penney Toyota, and what an experience it truly was. After a long and discouraging day visiting other dealerships, we had decided to give up and head home. While driving back, we unexpectedly received a notification from our credit card company about a vehicle at Bill Penney Toyota. On a whim—and honestly, with little expectation—my husband sent an email. Almost immediately, Kaden responded and shared that he had a few vehicles we might be interested in. We decided to take one last chance and drove from Birmingham to Jasper—and we are so glad we did. Thanks to Kaden, we fell in love with a beautiful Toyota Highlander. Kaden’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. He never rushed us, answered every question, and helped guide us to a decision we truly felt at peace about. We are so grateful for him and the experience he provided. Thank you, Kaden! We pray God blesses you in a special and abundant way. Bill Penney Toyota, you truly have a jewel working for you!
