My husband and I came in needing a cylinder 2 spark plug and ignition coil. I ordered the parts online before coming in to receive an online discount and received an email shortly before arriving that it was cancelled, I called the store and they assured me the items were in stock and made sure when I arrive they’d be put aside for me and would give me a discount so I didn’t lose out. One lent us his own personal tools so my husband could replace them in the parking lot and when the ignition coil wasn’t the right fit, they called other surrounding stores to find one for us (they were on the phone already before I even came in to return it after my husband told them it wasn’t the right fit). I have never in my life encountered more helpful and kind people in this industry and they both take customer service above and beyond. Since then, we have been back to get other parts and will keep coming to this location as long as we live in this area. We are beyond grateful for the kindness they showed and continue to show every time we come in. I highly recommend this location.
