  It has been a long time since I felt like a car dealership and salesperson were acting in my best interest, but I felt that way today. We bought a new Tundra from Bill Penney and between the sales and finance experiences, it turned out to be the BEST car buying experience EVER! Deshawn was our salesman. He was sincerely interested in helping us find just what we wanted. He helped us shop before we even got there. While there, he made the whole process simple. Afterwards, he spent time orienting us to our new vehicle and setting up our phone connections. We Highly recommend this dealership and wholeheartedly endorse salesman Deshawn!! My heartfelt thanks to Deshawn and Mr. Domino in finance. You were both beyond wonderful and helped us achieve something we have wanted for a long time.

  Just bought a Camry and had the best experience! Austen was on top of everything. He responded to my online search so quickly. He answered all of my questions quickly. He was not pushy at all, just super friendly. He helped me set up my app and all the bells and whistles on my beautiful 2025 Camry. I couldn't be happier.

From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. She answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel pressured at all. Lisa made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated.   My wife and I just bought a beautiful Toyota Crown from Bill Penney Toyota in Jasper. Stephanie Posey was our sales person and did a fantastic job!! If you’re in the market for a Toyota, I think you will enjoy working with Stephanie. Go see her. My finance guys were Ryan and Creighton. They did us right on price and are good guys. They are not trying to price gouge you. Let them earn your business. I think you will be satisfied just like we are. We had a great experience and appreciate the folks at Bill Penney Toyota of Jasper.
