  Went to get an oil change. Didn’t have to wait long at all. I also didn’t get bombarded with all these unwanted services with crazy charges. Greg was great guy !

  Took my vehicle in for an oil change yesterday, and I can't say enough about how great I was treated!! Someone met me immediately when I pulled up. Everyone was super helpful, professional, and nice, including the store manager, Jeff. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, and the waiting room was nice and cool. They even have a Keurig coffee machine, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee while you wait! I was also informed that the Jacksonville location has a new building nearby for more indepth auto engine repair. You can see it from the parking lot. I highly recommend using this location for all your car's needs.

  Quick service and they’ll let you know any other issues they see and guide you to where you can get them fixed, even if it’s cheaper somewhere else.

  Jon was great during my visit today for an oil change! I was in and out in just 15 minutes. He wasn’t overly pushy about me buying a new air filter, but he did recommend one and showed me the old filter. I will continue getting my service here!

  As soon as I pulled into the service lane, I was greeted by a very cordial technician. He took his time to inspect the vehicle and ensure that everything that needed to be addressed would be. But the courtesy didn't stop there. I had to wait on approval from my Fleet management company before any servicing could begin. Numerous technicians took their time to keep me updated and apologized for the wait even though it was beyond their control . As I sat waiting, I observed how competent and efficient everyone was in getting the customers taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend coming to the Jacksonville Express Oil Change. They will go above and beyond in order to meet your service needs. I am highly satisfied with my experience. Greg completed my oil change and was very knowledgeable, cordial, and attentive to my vehicle's needs!! I highly recommend using this location to meet all of your lube and other vehicle maintenance!! The entire crew is awesome!!!!
