I had low tire pressure in one of my tires while on the highway, and quickly took it to Mavis in Irondale. Each employee here at this location is truly genuine and showed their kindness in so many ways (Matt, Tyler, Justin, and Brian). They not only found what was causing the low tire pressure, they helped me put on my spare tire, fix my tire, and showed so much compassion with my 4 year old with each visit. Thank you so much!

Me and my sister went to go get her Honda Civic looked at because she is having leakage in her radiator so we went for the free pressure test and also her motor sometimes shook a little bit when she would get off the interstate so we needed to test that. About an hour and a half later after she gets to work they give her a call and tell her that for safety reasons they had to put a battery in her car which we've never heard of and that we're going to have to pay almost $300 and that she needed some more windshield wipers and she needed a new radiator and other stuff they said the total was going to be $3,000 pretty much, they said they would give us a deal and make it for $2,800 and even give us $50 off the battery we didn't even ask for. I called up there and they told me the exact same thing they told my sister. I was baffled I was so upset I was thinking this can't be real. We take a car to a place to get tested not thinking we're going to have to come back to pay $300 for something we didn't even ask for. I got a conversation with the man and told him I couldn't afford $3,000 that I should have took it to my friend who works on Honda Civics preferably but works on pretty much any car. Of course he starts going into no you don't need to do that that usually turns out bad and your radiator is about to explode and all this stuff and then he sent me a picture of it of course I kind of see what he's talking about but $3,000 just didn't sound right to me oh I'm sorry 2800 LOL. The next day I took it to my friend he said yes it is the radiator we went and grabbed $140 radiator from radiators ink in Birmingham then we went to go get some Freon at Napa for $36 with the oil in it. By the time we got back with that stuff he already broke down the old radiator and put the new one in in about 30 minutes. So in all it only took two and a half hours to get it done and 376 total for everything. I really felt hustled I feel like my intelligence is being questioned I may not be the smartest person but I'm not the stupidest. Ladies please be careful Google everything and remember the more people you know is the better especially if they know how to work on cars. So when I called him back told him we are going to take it somewhere else it's like he was trying to talk me out out of it like this is going to happen and this is unsafe, I understand that but spending that type of money is unsafe as well. The battery we had in there wasn't unsafe it just had a little build up around the connectors and we just put a little Coke on it it took it right off. I wish I could post a picture on here I will show you the old radiator to prove that I did get it done at my friend's personal place. I'm not a Karen I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this one I couldn't keep to myself it's too much money they quoted and a lot of people trust people they shouldn't. I called him back and told him legally he can't put anything on my car without my permission after I said that he told me he didn't put anything on the car I didn't go back and forth with him, I asked him how much I owe him he told me I didn't o w e him anything. Sorry so long my review readers I just had to get everything in there. Good luck

We were on our way home from vacation when we had a flat tire in our rental car. It was a Saturday afternoon and they were undoubtedly getting ready to close. We were greeted by a gentleman named Michael when we arrived. He assisted us and was very professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road well under an hour. He provided outstanding customer service and we greatly appreciate him working us into his schedule.
