  The SUV I reserved was not available,had to rent a truck,it got 14 mpg,my things got wet also,

  I recently rented a vehicle from this location for a week. Received it with damp seats, Like they attempted to clean it. However we ended up returning it earlier due to heavily stained & slight musk odor from the seats.

  We had a wonderful experience with this place! We rented a 7-seat SUV for a week at a very reasonable price. The service was impressively quick and efficient I walked in at 9:00 AM and was on my way by 9:15 AM. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

  I was supposed to receive a text message to leave a review, but since I didn’t, I wanted to make sure I came here to recognize Denise for her outstanding customer service. So often, you interact with people who seem like they’re just there to do their job and go home,but Denise was the complete opposite. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and truly cares about helping her customers. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted. She was kind and courteous on the phone, and you could even hear the smile in her voice. When she delivered the car, she had that same warm, friendly energy in person, it matched exactly what I felt over the phone. She provided exceptional service, and her kindness and personality really stood out. I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves. Also, the minivan I received was very clean and drove great!
