The front tire with the chipped rim was still in the same position, which is concerning because it was the most recently replaced tire after a blowout. If the rotation was not going to be performed, I would have appreciated being informed. I could have taken my vehicle to a business that values both my time and my vehicle. Additionally, offering a free service in exchange for a 5-star review raises concerns about business practices and transparency. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the issue can be addressed appropriately.
