I was frustrated at first with some of the store policies, but the manager took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand why those policies were in place. That level of communication and professionalism really stood out. The technician also went above and beyond. Even though the issue with my vehicle wasn’t something they could fix on-site, he still took his time to help me diagnose the problem and explain what was going on in detail. Their patience, courtesy, and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
