Replacing multiple tires in a month span is heart wrenching lol but these guys are beyond AMAZING in taking care of their customers, and Every single one of them are so friendly and understand, things happen! These place deserves all the awards from customer service down to quality mechanics!! Not to, mention they are cost friendly and help when they can!! Thanks guys!
- CRCharles RodgersApr 21, 20262.0I purchased 4 new tires and left the vehicle and was told it would take a about 3 hours but I came back 4 hours later and waited an additional 2 hours in the waiting room. The first hour the tires had been installed and waited there for over an hour while other vehicles came in and went. After more than two hours I went to the customer service to inquire and they went to check and the car was pulled in and the front in alignment was completed in 15 minutes. The female agent was a real turn off. She could care less until the lead went to check. I got free oil change with the tire purchase but im sure I wont use it. Im never going back. 6 hours for tires!

The guy at the check out counter said he could do it and get me taken care of. 15-20 mins later I have a repaired tire. Went in to pay for it and they told me not to worry about it and have a nice evening. This is the 2nd time Ive been here and each time they have been really great with getting me taken care of and providing good service at great prices. Thank you all for the help
