After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, a younger guy (who was polite and professional) asked me how he could help. I told him what i was there for as they were set aside for me to pick up. During the process of paying, I was asked for my contact information. I explained I don't need a profile for me as I was only there to pick them up. Then he asked another gentleman if it is mandatory to make a profile. He said, of course you do, we are not a parts store, if you don't want a profile, go to a parts store. Well, ok. I'll do just that in the future. This could have been avoided with a simple explanation that items must be sold under a name, I would have given him my friends information.
