  I always receive TOP TIER service and care within the Service Department. Alan is beyond awesome!! He’s always ready and willing to assist with my concerns, and he has a way of putting things at ease…despite the cost lol. Thank you all for your service and making me feel safe on the road!!

  I love my MDX! The best part is the Service department. I absolutely adore my service advisor Alan! Kenny is the best sales manager I've ever dealt with. All in all I give Shottenkirk 5 Stars and I recommend them 10 out of 10! I give Alan a standing ovation because he truly makes my service experience so much fun even when I have to give him all my money. If you buy your ACURA from another dealer, they will still service yours as if you bought it from them.

  Highly recommend seeing Corrine at Shottenkirk Acura. She was super helpful and even played with our rambunctious toddler so we could fill out paperwork! Staff was very sweet and brought her snacks as well. We ended up leaving with a nice vehicle at a good price. Would recommend if you are in the market.

  We bought a used vehicle from them at the end of March and were very pleased with our service. We got to the dealership an hour before closing and were there after hours to finalize paperwork. Our salesman was Travis Vincent. He was very patient with us throughout the whole process, not pushy whatsoever. He was happy to help us and made the buying process so easy for us. We had a minor issue out of the vehicle (which is expected buying used) 2 weeks later, and they were willing to take it into service and take a look even thought we bought the vehicle as is. Would definitely recommend using them!
