  The staff at the window was seamless! Their application is very intuitive and gives you clear direction for everything you need. It was as easy and show up give them my name and choose a car. There were more trucks available than cars when I booked a full size sedan. Other times I wouldn’t trip about a free upstage but gas is crazy these days! I would recommend nation if you’re coming into Huntsville airport.

  Margaret made my whole car rental experience so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to make sure I understood everything without rushing me. Honestly, her helpful attitude made a huge difference. I’d definitely come back just because of her. Thank you Margaret

  I recently returned from Florida after an extended work assignment, and it had been some time since I last rented from the Huntsville Airport branch. Over the years, the service I’ve received there has consistently been excellent, which clearly reflects the strong leadership and management guiding the team. Although there have been some personnel changes among both staff and management in recent months, the level of service and commitment to excellence has remained unchanged—especially among the Emerald Booth staff. Their dedication to National Emerald members continues to stand out. I truly commend the team and sincerely thank them for their continued professionalism and commitment to excellence. Paige, Jazmine & Queen are excellent!

  I traveled from Philly to Alabama in late February. The staff for National Car Rental at the Huntsville International Airport were phenomenal when I arrived early afternoon. I vote for Margaret and Kim to be managers. They were knowledgeable, friendly, funny, professional, and kept me updated as to when my car would be ready. It was a great experience after traveling since 3am. Thanks so much Margaret and Kim. I won't forget about you and I hope to see you again when I next travel to Huntsville.
