They were able to fit me in without an appointment and took my car right away, which I truly appreciated. I had actually come from another Mavis location where I had an appointment, but after waiting for about 30 minutes with no progress, I decided to leave. I’m so glad I did. The team at the University location was kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely recommend this location.

Their attentiveness made up for the irritating warranty that really isn’t a warranty because I still had to pay half price for a new tire that I bought in October 2025 from them. I was getting the runaround about my warranty at the Madison location, but Tatiana helped by submitting the correct information in the system to avoid issues in the future.

He gave me a discount on getting both of my front tires fixed, he also was very informative on what exactly he was going to fix about my tires the next time I came in as well. The following week I came in and he remembered who I was which shows signs of an employer who cares about his customers. Also him and his team replaced both of my tires in under 20 minutes! I highly recommend anyway in need of tire assistance to go to Mr Joseph and his team!
