I walked across the street to get a meal. Next thing I know , I received a call that my tire was fixed. They got the job done before I got my meal. I highly recommend

Came in expecting a long wait and upsells, but it was the opposite—staff was straightforward, explained what I actually needed (and what I didn’t), and got me in and out quicker than I thought. Prices felt fair compared to other places I checked, and they didn’t pressure me into anything extra. Car rides smoother now and I’ve got more confidence heading back on the road. Definitely a spot I’d go back to 👍

Kenny is genuinely the only guy I can trust in all of Madison County when I don’t want to spend the entire day, laying on my back in the driveway. He and his team work in good faith, with no upselling, no nonsense and the get the job done right the first time. Had to have my truck towed out of the driveway Monday morning due to a bad alternator. Called up Kenny and without hesitation, he said “bring it on in, we’ll get your truck back to you by this afternoon”. Lo and behold, his team got the alternator replaced within a couple of hours and had my truck back in my driveway by dinner time. Cannot recommend them enough. Good work, boys.

I stopped at Mavis and asked if they could help. Liz said "Absolutely, we'll get you fixed up." The technician, Joshua or Jackson (something with a J), was really thorough. He actually found a nail in the tire as well. They had me fixed up and out the door in 30-45 minutes. I've also bought tires from them. My brother recently bought tires there. Their prices were better and the staff is always really nice. I will continue to do business with them!
