  Came here today to have my car fixed after work that i had already been paid for from the Mavis tires on far south parkway and Ky Bates and the other guys here were great he didn’t question me on anything he ordered the parts and got it done. Will definitely be using this store from now on for any of my car repairs.

  Fabulous customer service and knowledgeable technicians. The Manager, Ky Bates, was able to find a small leak in my interior side wall that another company missed! The guys had me on my way in 20 minutes!! Can’t beat Mavis Tires on Memorial Pkwy!!

  I would not recommend this Mavis location. I scheduled an appointment and arrived about 12 minutes early. We discussed what I needed, and the associate took my keys and had me wait. Shortly after, another customer came in and waited without being acknowledged, then eventually left. The manager noticed and asked if anyone had greeted her, but no effort was made to follow up with her or correct the situation. After about 15 minutes, my car had not been moved, so I asked for an update. I was told the technician had stepped out down the street and would be back soon. During that time, other customers were helped, which I understand may have been due to more urgent tire issues, but there was no communication or update regarding my service. When the technician returned, he had food in hand. I overheard the manager ask him to begin work on my car, and he responded that he was on break. At that point, I decided to leave. Despite having an appointment, there was no clear timeline, no follow up, and limited professionalism throughout the visit. I ended up going to another Mavis location on University, where the experience was completely different. I was greeted immediately, my car was taken right away without an appointment, and the service was completed in about 30 minutes. This location, unfortunately, did not meet expectations.

  We were from out of town. Picked up a roofing screw on a Saturday. Found Midas was open. Stopped in was greeted by Jarod. Assured us he would take care of it. In less than 20 minutes the tire was patched and ready to go. Exceptional, fast, friendly and reliable service. Has my highest recommendation. Jarrod is an outstanding representative of Midas.

  First of all, I’d like to say I went to Sam’s Club, which I pay a yearly subscription to and they said that they couldn’t find the hole in my tire. I vaguely remember that my mom bought me tires from Mavis and that maybe they could find it and I came to Mavis and in less than 20 minutes they were able to find the whole patch it up and send me on my way. Jarod Is who I spoke with and I absolutely would recommend the location next to the parkway right off of Bob Wallace. My family and I are moving to Texas on Saturday and as anyone can imagine in this economy we pennypinching so avoiding buying a brand new tire which, of course I don’t mind is God sent. Thank you so much, Mavis. You have a customer for life.
