  Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and done right the first time. The shop itself was clean and well organized, which really stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a great job. It’s refreshing to find a tire shop that combines great service with a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Awful service. I booked an appointment after being told the issue with my truck could be fixed. I arrived at 7:00 AM, but wasn’t informed until after 8:00 that their “truck” mechanic wasn’t available, and the mechanic on site didn’t feel comfortable doing the work. I was then given multiple excuses as to why a simple task, removing and replacing a bolt, couldn’t be completed, and no explanation as to why this information wasn’t communicated sooner. This was a waste of my time and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

  I was out of town and had a sudden gas leak from my high pressure line. It was repairs from another shop 2 months ago. They check it and I needed a new line, the seal was broken. The ordered new one and got it in 45 mins and they got it on and it was fixed!! I am so happy they got to me right away, I’m out of town and needed to drive home. They were very friendly helpful and fast with quality service! Thank you , thank you!!

  1) Advertised hours are wrong 2) Rude and condescending 1- the website, voicemail, and Google all state this location is open until 7 pm on weekdays. Twice in the past week, I tried calling the location a little after 6 when I got off work. No one answered, but the voicemail claimed they were still open, so I drove there, and the whole place was shut down. I wasted my time on multiple occasions because information couldn't be updated 2- I called during work today to verify hours and ask about brake pads and new tires. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had to ask questions multiple times for him to acknowledge them, and he would bark information at me instead of listening to what I wanted to know. I thought by now you could be a friendly female without being treated as incompetent. I'll be taking my service somewhere that respects people.
