  The young lady that answered the phone was really unprofessional when I asked for help, and they laughed in my face just because my truck is old but it’s brand new it’s pretty I was just trying to get a quote to see how much will be to get my truck fixed

  Had my truck for weeks for a very minor repair. Had to email and call several times to check on progress. When finished the "new" bumper cap was just about as bad as the one they replaced. They washed the truck before I picked it up. Not sure what they used but my chrome running boards are brown. Took the truck back to them. They were happy to help get the bumper cap replaced and also replace the running boards for me no charge. Left the vehicle for another week. Got an email. Sorry but the bumper cap is damaged worse than the one you have. We will order another. Will be in tomorrow. OK no biggie. Running boards have not arrived. Ok no biggie. Two days later. Got an email. This is the third bumper cap and it's damaged too. Wanna come look at it and pick between the three? No! I want a new part that's not damaged. But I told them to just reinstall the first one if it was the best. At this point I'm just done. But wait there's more. Got an email. We received the running boards today but they are damaged. Got another set coming next week. Ok no biggie. Got an email the next week. The running boards arrived and they are damaged. Got another set coming next week. Also had issues getting a tailgate that wasn't damaged. We are sorry for the delays and inconvenience this has caused. Now seriously folks.... How can a shop have this much trouble? Either they have the worst luck or they are poorly managed and just look for the easy way out because they over promise to alot of people at the same time. Either way I highly recommend finding another body shop. Stay away from Joe Hudson period. Crazy thing is I went ahead and left them a good review based on good faith they would take care of the issues. I've also recommended Joe hudson for a few years. Sorry to those I gave that info too. Will I ever see my running boards? Heck no. Is there anyone out there that can order a bumper cap and get a good one? I'm sure of it. I wanna post the emails but I won't. You have been warned Update: Got the running boards. They hate their life!

  Chandra and her team at Joe Hudson(Bob Wallace) are professional and hard working! They did a great job repairing the damage on my truck in the time frame they originally stated. Everyone I spoke with was kind and my truck was returned looking good as new and cleaner than when I brought it in!
