  I must say this have been the most phenomenal service I received in Huntsville Alabama. Richard and Sonny were both professional and kind as they helped me through my Tire issue. Highly recommend them.

  Manager will lie to your face. Had a oil change last week and didnt have an oil leak, now I have an oil leak but the manager tried telling me my oil levels are full. I didnt accept that answer and he finally admitted that it isnt full, I shouldn't be losing oil in 8 days if I didnt have an oil leak before I came in. Instead of seeking why my oil is leaking, he just offered to top it off, after saying it was already full and adding anymore would over fill it.

  Had to get new tires at this location. Crew was very helpful and nice doing what they could to help me out. Sonny in particular was a massive help. Very grateful for this team, I'll be coming back next time I need help.

  Do not do business with these people. I specifically made an appointment to come in first thing Saturday morning to have my tires rotated and balanced. I said that I wanted to come in when my vehicle could be serviced right away. I was told that it didn't matter, that with a week's appointment they could take my car immediately, etc. I come in as the shop opens, and after a short wait I was told there were two vehicles ahead of me and it would be at least an hour. So I was lied to. And it was the same person I had made the appointment with. When I raised that issue because I didn't have time to waste sitting around a filthy office for who know how long, all he said "Well, I did make the appointment." Well, he had made an appointment he could not keep, and obviously didn't care. Or maybe he didn't make the appointment, maybe he just says what he needs to get through his day. As customers, we obviously don't matter to this person. Remember work on a vehicle involves a high degree of trust and shoddy work puts drivers and others lives at risk. The people at Express Oil obviously don't care about their customers, don't care about their business, and so can you really trust these same people to care about the safety of you and your family? I don't trust them, and will never do business with them again. And simply put, neither should you.
