  I had an excellent experience with Franklin at Express Oil Change on Bob Wallace Avenue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. The service was fast, honest, and efficient, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Franklin truly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend asking for him if you stop by — outstanding work and a great attitude!

  Savannah is great! She made me feel at ease, especially as a woman receiving a simple oil change, and spoke to me in a courteous and professional manner without pressuring me to use services I didn't need or desire. For her alone, I would return to this location.

  I stopped by today because my windshield wiper broke on this rainy day. However, Savannah was my ray of sunshine that got me fixed right up. Excellent customer service!

  Quick service. Had initially scheduled an appointment with my dealership to get an oil change, but they were booked 2 weeks out. Tried express oil change and got in that same day for a much cheaper price.
