One’s name is Terynce McDonald and I can’t remember the other one’s name but he was great too. He is the one that came from University enterprise.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful..... Can't handle the job sit down and let one who can work it like it was meant to be done Those two sure did equal one ....

- AAAbbyMar 23, 20264.0I’ve had a difficult time with recent reservations due to difficulty with Enterprise booking system (allowing vehicles to be booked that are not available for rent). However, given all of the hassle that had been caused, Nick was able to find a vehicle that provided my family to continue on our trip! Thank you, Nick!! Terrance was great to work with as well! The store can be 10 customers deep, some of which can be less than enthused about the wait. Terrance handles everything with composure and professionalism. I’d like to give these two men 5+ stars, and Enterprise a few less, so I’ll settle on 4. The employees are what keep my business, Enterprise is lucky to have them (and needs to fix the systems that make their jobs extra challenging).
