  This is a wonderful Enterprise location with great friendly and knowledgeable staff. My recent experience in April 2026 was very smooth. AAA arranged my rental through this company and when I came to pickup the car, they were fast, friendly, and eager to help me get the rental. I highly recommend this enterprise. The staff was so nice and helpful!

  Don’t tell customers they will get there deposit back when the car is returned on full tank of gas I still haven’t got my money back yet put me in a jam cause I depended on what was told me that when I return the car with a full tank of gas then my deposit will be returned didn’t know I had to wait days when enterprise wanted the deposit they got it when it time to return customer has to wait days after being told after the vehicle is returned you get you money back I had other plans that had to be canceled because of the lie that was told to me very unsatisfactory I always have rented from enterprise been awhile since rented but this s what I came back to very disappointed had to borrow just to get gas because of broken word

  The staff at the Huntsville office were fast and professional which made me feel so comfortable to do business with them. The experience was painless and enjoyable, I will tell my family, friends and coworkers about this location and how I would rent another vehicle from this location again. So happy I didn't have to drive to the airport to pick up a car.

  Had my rental transferred here due to the car I needed not being available at my usual location (11803 Memorial Pkwy SE). I was very happy with the car available and service I received. Will definitely continue to be my backup location. :)

  Five stars. I called ahead to reserve a vehicle and the process was effortless. When I arrived at the Jordan Lane location in Huntsville, my truck was already waiting. The attendant took time to walk me through everything, and when they noticed the tank was starting low, they proactively let me know I wouldn't need to return it full. I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about that promise, but they absolutely honored it. I needed a full-size truck and ended up with a great one. Spotlessly clean, well maintained, and it happened to be 4WD, which I hadn't specifically requested but turned out to be exactly what my trip required. Lucky timing, or just a well-stocked fleet. Either way, it made a real difference. Return was just as smooth as pickup. The staff made sure I was completely satisfied before I walked out the door. Zero issues from start to finish. Highly recommend this location.
