    Sadly the pricing for owner supplied oil and filter was $60 which is ridiculous. No wonder there was no one there.

    I have a newer car for me and they took the time to help me learn. Very kind and friendly service. If you sign up with email you get discount coupons every month. I have a few choices in the area to get my oil changed but I choose Valvoline over the others because they do a good job and are caring.

    Because everyone was so nice and was so helpful to make sure my fluids and belts snd filters were good to go. And very honest, not trying to sell me what I didn’t need. And it was all in like a 15 min time period. Don’t even know how you could get a oil change anywhere else when it’s that convenient
