I've taken my Mazda CX-50 here 2x in the past year for oil changes, tire rotation & balance, and general maintenance checks. Each time, the customer service was terrific and the job was done quickly (in ~2 hrs on busy Saturdays). The representatives were honest about what my car needed, and didn't add extra services that inflate my bill, as other shops tend to do. The discounts were an added bonus! Tire Discounters will be my go-to shop for the foreseeable future. 😊

- DRDebby RhodaNov 26, 20253.0This company in three different locations had my 2003 Santa Fe, which they’ve added to the bill I went in for oil change and tire rotation ended up with brake job so far so forth it was a fortune then my brakes locked up and I could not use them they kept making more mistakes more mistakes changing locations, letting someone else work on it at a different location My brakes were never fixed. They kept the car for over a year and a half. I ended up having it towed to a Nissan dealership they fixed it I am adding to my comment because I recently received some information and texting from a manager Andrew Alexander they’ve attempted in halfway made a really good attempt to soothe my feathers down about this situation so I’m not making a formal retraction. I’m just saying they did make the effort to make things right for me and I appreciate that, but I’ve learned a valuable lesson and thank you Andrew for doing what you did. to
