I arrived early and at 2:30p.m. they still hadn't taken my suv back to get started. I went up to the ladies and ask if there was a problem . And their response was oh we are really busy. I can understand that, that's why I made an appointment. They finally finished my suv at 4:15pm,. Really disappointed with spending my whole afternoon sitting and waiting for my suv to get done when I was told it would only take a hour and a half. I could understand that if I was just a walk in, but I had an appointment.

Unfortunately when almost finished it was found there was insufficient clearance between the passenger side front tire and the fender which would have caused significant damage if driven. However, Austin (Master Tech), Andrew (Regional Manager) and Nate (General Manager) pooled their professional knowledge and determined what was causing the problem and quickly developed a solution. They recommended a change to the tire size (narrowed the width) which provided both the necessary clearance between the tire and fender and the extra adjustment space needed to properly complete the alignment. Bottom line is the car came out driving as straight and smooth as could be asked. Despite my initial irritation with the situation, I could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks to these gentlemen for their overall professionalism and care to ensure my vintage vehicle was fixed quickly and correctly. I definitely recommend others use this location for your basic automobile needs and I plan to taking my business there in the future.
