When I say great service it’s not even the words. It’s more like outstanding quick fast service. I came in around 2pm there was about 7 people there. By 3pm everyone was gone in an hour. Even though I had to wait an extra hour which is totally fine with me, as long as I was able to drive away was cool. I got a rim and a tire. My spare had flatten so I was out cold. Ugh they were wonderful they literally gave me a miracle. I’m so lucky that they had what I needed. I will forever go to them now. My new rim is different from the others because it was stolen but seeing how good it looks with my car, I’m thinking about getting the other 3 done by them as well. Thank you Anne and David I appreciate the hard work yall have done for me. Happy new years

From day one years ago, Steven stood out as one of the most professional, customer focused service managers I’d ever dealt with, and nothing has changed. I came in with a flat tire that had a nail in it and Steven took care of it immediately with no hesitation, no upsell, and didn’t charge me a dime. Just genuine top tier customer service. Steven is still A class after all these years, and Tire Discounters is lucky to have him. If Steven isn’t promoted to a director or VP position in a few years I’d be shocked.
