The customer waiting area was clean, had plenty of chairs, two large TVs, and there was cold water in the fridge. I had a screw in my tire, and needed a repair. I took it in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and was prepared to wait a while (based on my experiences at other shops in the past). But, I was in and out in around 30 minutes. And when I started heading toward the counter to pay, I was told there was no charge! 10 out of 5 stars for sure.

Their mechanical skills are excellent but their customer service is outstanding! They always find and fix the problem every time. I have an older vehicle and she’s in good shape thanks to these folks. They never overcharge, in fact they go out of their way to save me money. They never leave my car dirty. I also like the fact that they log all of my service with Carfax so my car is sure to hold it’s value. It’s wonderful to work with people so honest, professional and kind. What else can I say but kudos them and this is THE place to have your vehicle serviced.

They explained that they don’t use plugs at all. I was glad because if they would have told me that they use plugs, the I would have bought a new $347 tire. We left the vehicle with em and promptly called in less than 2 hours time. When I went pay, they stated that it was free of charge because we are a valued customer! Now that makes you want to continue to do business with Tire Discounter because they value their customers. I be back for all my tire needs!

So, Tire Discounters was highly recommended by someone who used to work at the dealership. Of course I was sceptical. I had no clue that they were able to work on my Benz. Well let me tell you all, they have done a BETTER job than my past experience at the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Huntsville. When I drive my car, it has such a smooth and new car feel. My sister, who was with me stated that the car feels so much better. They were so nice and did not charge me.
