No one ever spoke to me and told me how long it would be before my car would be ready. After 1hr I asked one of the guys how much longer I had to go to work. He went and checked with the guy that my boss paid her said no one told you that your car wasn't going back until 12:50? I said no one has spoken to me at all. I told him no bring me my keys I've been waiting for a hr. already. I've got to get to work I'm already 15 mins late. He came back said I was next and it would take about 30 mins if you can wait. I did and my car was taken back it was exactly 30 minutes. I will use again if needed. just have to ask questions and stay on them before you let them have your keys to your car.
