Beware of the upsells!
I took my vehicle in for a routine tire rotation and oil change and got way more trouble than I asked for. Where to begin...
1. Their online appointment scheduler doesn't actually check if the time is available. An employee had to call me promptly after booking to say that my 8 am appointment was filled and the soonest I could get in was noon. I took my car in at 8 anyways since I had already reserved the time off at work.
2. Despite this, I got a phone call at 9:30 am saying that they were already inspecting my vehicle. Okay, this should be a good thing, right?
3. Well, the person said they found issues with my brake pads and brake fluid. Specifically, the pads were "in the red" for wear & tear, and "brake fluid tested high for copper." (They wouldn't clarify on what "in the red" meant, in terms of thickness or percentage wear.) They quoted a price well over $1200 for what was originally a simple routine maintenance. I asked for a brake fluid flush only and they reluctantly agreed, saying they wouldn't be able to give a service guarantee/warranty if the pads issue wasn't addressed.
4. Nearly 3 hours pass and I've heard nothing back, so I call again. A brake fluid flush shouldn't take much longer than an hour so I'm obviously concerned. It turns out, they weren't even working on my car!!! They were just about to pull it into the garage to begin work. This was already long past the appointment for noon they reserved me. I asked them to let me just get my car, as I was expected at work soon for meetings, and they agreed thankfully.
5. I took a look at the supposedly problematic brake pads, and the wear was only about 50%. In what universe is 50% wear an emergency?
Never going back. Completely unprofessional and dishonest business.

Arrived right when they opened on Monday and they immediately took the car back to inspect a screw in my tire. They were diligent with inspecting the remaining three and then promptly repaired the tire. Incredible service and even better people!!!

Ran in to a flat while traveling around 11pm. Brought the vehicle over the next morning and they took care of it and got us on our way.
Highly recommend them for the service
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
