I go into to get my tires rotated, and balancing checked (which I paid for that service... the woman says, I needed an "appointment". To do this task, does not take long. If the people working, did less walking, and other things, focus on the task, they could get people in and out quickly. Even when I got my tires, it took them over 1 1/2 hrs for the task (entirely too long). I had a bad feeling, from the start, but they were the only ones who hard my tires/size in my area, and I wanted to get the rotation deal. NOT TODAY, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Who has ever heard of that? Apparently they do not want additional business. Also, when I got the "free alignment", they spoke about something they could sell for the rear. I asked my Dodge service manager, he said NO! Dodge designed the car, where that was not needed, and strongly recommended against altering the rear, in any way. This has been a disappointment, I will have to now, schedule an appointment, by THEIR TIME, WHICH IS AN IMPOSITION TO ME. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? GOING JUST A LITTLE BIT, OUT OF THEIR WAY, TO PLEASE A CUSTOMER? My Dodge dealer worked me, ALL THE TIME IN, ON SATURDAYS, TO FIT MY SCHEDULE.
