Then at 4500 miles the back hatch area leaks fills with water where you can’t dry it and you get told oh you can bring it up to us in two weeks because the leak guy is only here on Thursday you have to schedule by Monday, but wait you didn’t answer or respond when I called Monday. Then asked if I would get a loaner and was told no we don’t have loaner cars you just have to leave it. Every dealership I’ve dealt with that had issues under warranty would call me and give me a comparable car immediately until mine was fixed, they’re basically saying be without a car because it’s an 80,000 dollar stanking mildew box for two weeks plus however long they have your car. We stand by the luxury car we sold you so much park it in the garage with the windows open until we can get to you. Worst customer service I will never buy another vehicle from here again, go to a dealership that stands by their product and respects their customers.
