  I made a big mistake by not checking the price before I had these folks replace my headlight bulbs. (I was in a hurry after work!) Maybe this review will keep you from doing the same thing. It was shockingly expensive to replace two headlight bulbs on my Rav4. They charged me $194.31 to replace two halogen bulbs. It took them 5 minutes to do this. I called Toyota the next day and they would charge $134.27 for the same thing, before my discount. So, I called Performance Tire back and asked them if they made a mistake. Nope! So, they are higher than Toyota and would not match them. They explained that the shop rate was .75 hours for the installation which was $109.00. Nothing they can do about this. Oh, and I went there because of Costco recommendation.

  I recently had an issue with my heater core that triggered the check engine light. They took the time to walk me through the possible causes based on the diagnostic code and were very transparent about the different repair options. I proposed some solutions and they explained what they would and wouldn’t recommend. Their pricing is fair — not the cheapest, but definitely not expensive either. I’d say it’s in the mid-range, and you’re paying for honest advice and dependable service. On top of that, they’re a Costco Auto Program partner, so if you're a Costco member, you can download a coupon via Costco for a 15% discount on parts and services, which is a nice bonus.

  These people went above and beyond to fix our wheelchair accessible van. Super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

  Both of my kids who go to UAH have used the tire center . honest people and prices have always been very fair! Hard to find a good shop like this these days. Being eight and a half hours away from the kids it's nice to know there's somewhere they can take their vehicles and not get taken advantage of.

  These guys are amazing! They are honest with me, do a great job everytime, and reset my oil light. I couldn't get the dealer to do that!
