Not sure if it was Ky or Kodi we spoke with, but they replaced it for me at no charge! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Even checked and inspected the tire for potential holes to make sure I was safe to get back on the road! Thank yall so much!

She is knowledgeable and able to address any discrepancies caused by the "call center". The call center needs to streamline communications with the shop...both times I've visited and had quotes and tickets made through the call center, their errors made the visit run less smoothly upon arrival. Again, Kodi knows her stuff and has always been able to set things back on a smooth path. Thanks, Kodi!!
