Within 15 min they removed the nail, thoroughly inspected the tire and realized the tire wasn't punctured (the nail was small). Didn't even need plugged, although they were going to plug it at no cost- even though I didn't buy the tires there! Talk about amazing, friendly service! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommended. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.
