No apology, just a robotic man saying it’s not their fault. 10/10 would not recommend. I brought my car in on 6/10 for damage to the rear passenger door. They had the car for 3 weeks and when I picked it up the emblem for the front door was on back order. It was supposed to be in in a week, then September 1st, then October 1st. It’s now October 22nd and not only have I not heard from them but now I can’t get anyone to return my calls. Constantly having to reach out to them about a back ordered part is frustrating, and at this point it’s been almost 5 months.
