- JBJ BakerFeb 14, 20262.0My truck went in to be repaired from a minor deer wreck. The secretary out front is great. She is very friendly and professional. My truck was there for a couple weeks, and they told me it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and several days later I had to stop and get gas at 8pm at night. When I tried to get gas, there was no fuel nozzle to be found on my truck! I was stuck at this gas station at night and no way to fuel. I called a wrecker and they came, after around 30-40 minutes of working with it, they were able to get it where I could at least fuel it to get home. I called Joe Hudson's the next day and told them what happened and the man old me to drop it by and they would "take a look at it", but don't bring it by during lunch. I dropped it off one afternoon, and called later the next day to check on it. The receptionist did some checking and came back and told me I was good to go. A manager or supervisor never spoke to me regarding what had happened and offered no apologies for the error. The secretary was kind enough to offer a tank of gas. I was disappointed wit their lack of communication considering the error during repairs. I had my son's car repaired here about a year earlier and had a great experience. Something must have changed over the past year.

The repair was completed in a reasonable time and it was done well. I was please to have my vehicle returned clean and it was wonderful to be able to leave the rental car there for pickup.
