They were amazing from start to finish! They keep you updated step by step through texts. It did take a week to fix so I was in a crappy rental for that week but they explained why it would take that long which made me feel better. Would go back to them if I ever needed any other collision repairs! The red paint match was perfect!

Were supposed to call me in 1 or 2 days after estimate and they never called. Stop fooling people around be serius maybe most of the people who goes there don't know anything about cars but this time you messed up im a certified mechanic and know about this. Unfortunately, on my way home from work, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. I was devastated — I hadn’t even had my car for two months. State Farm recommended Joe Hudson’s Collision, and after doing some research, I decided to take my vehicle there. They were able to schedule me very quickly and gave me a clear date for when the repairs would be completed. I received regular text updates on the progress, which kept me completely at ease. Not only that, but they actually finished my car before the promised date. I highly recommend Joe Hudson’s Collision. The office is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and Rachel at the front desk is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I strongly believe that good front-office staff set the tone for the entire business, and she definitely made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received!
