While in the shop, Icon detected several safety-critical deficiencies that, unaddressed, could have caused a catastrophic accident. Repairs - both to the AC system and to the identified deficiencies - were done promptly, professionally, and compassionately. Could not be happier with the service or the result.

I needed help pressing some bushings in and out of control arms that I brought in, as well as having some strut cartridges mounted in springs. Icon did a great job at a reasonable price, and got my parts back quickly. Will be back next time I have work to be done!

Needless to say the damage to my vehicle was extensive and no one would touch it in 3 counties. Ryan and the crew were able to get my Wraith back on the road and treated us well all the way. They looked over the problem and walked us through each part needed, what the job would entail, and gave a reasonable turn around time. I am coming back for my transmission on the next service date. Icon Autoworks is my shop from now on whenever I’m in town.
