I was out of town and had a sudden gas leak from my high pressure line. It was repairs from another shop 2 months ago. They check it and I needed a new line, the seal was broken. The ordered new one and got it in 45 mins and they got it on and it was fixed!! I am so happy they got to me right away, I’m out of town and needed to drive home. They were very friendly helpful and fast with quality service! Thank you , thank you!!

Around noon on June 21st I took my vehicle for brakes as I was told it's the cause of the vibration. I asked tech what would cause them to wear so quickly, he told me that any rotors made within 3-4 years they were made with less copper causing them to warp. They drove it, put it on the rack and checked other parts to ensure I didn't need to replace anything connected. He confirmed there was plenty of padding left, I asked if I could keep them, he said if the rotors are warped you don't want to use the same brakes, but he never confirmed that they were. A little over 4 hrs later the job was done. I left and was almost home. The car didn't ride different at all until it got worse the closer I got home. I heard a thumping noise from the driver tire that only got louder and made the car unusually bounce and wiggle a little. I called to notify them and "oh shit, can you bring it back" was the response. I couldn't drive back as I was minutes from home and had other obligations. We planned for that following Monday, but the weekends are my only availability. From then on, with curves and turns I'd hear sounds from my front and rear passenger. My car would force me to slow daily. I tried rescheduling and even attempted to drop in, but either no tech on site or booked. The VSC TRAC OFF lights eventually came on. Between relocating in July, mother duties and grieving my daughters' father loss, I was overly consumed hence my availability was limited. Oct 4th, I was fortunate to be seen. They drove it, put it on the scanner and told me the sensor could cause unnecessary wiggling and hesitation of the car and the work they did has nothing to do with the brakes. He mentioned I have to take it to dealer since they're the only ones to fix it, so I did. Lexus dealership told me the wheel bearing is broken, the radiator is busted, the axle and rack and pinion needs replacing. The service guy said these are obvious and any mechanic under my car undeniably saw these issues, none of which were mentioned at Goodyear on both visits. I'm pretty confident the wheel bearing broke soon after I left from getting brake job by Goodyear. Granted time went by delaying my revisiting sooner, but I knew my car wasn't the same and felt unsafe to drive since Goodyear. My car never shook while driving, only vibration in the steering wheel, and I never heard a thumping from the driver tire until that day. I have the video inspection from lexus should you have any questions or concerns. Thanks. Update: 11.14.25 I've posted the axle they neglected to tell me was bad.

Very nice auto shop- knowledgeable & helpful manager, clean & comfortable wait area, well lit, handy location on Hwy 72 near food & shops. Very thankful I found them. Needed tires & wasn't sure about brakes. They checked & were honest, not trying to oversell. Highly recommend!

I will NEVER take my car anywhere else but here as long as I live near by to them! They offer a variety of different services & do not BS you trying to make more money as I have found within some other oil change places. They are super friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the best deals for my services. Thank you for being honest & add helpful as you are when I bring my car to you!
