I have used a lot of automotive repair shops and tire places but this one was by far the best!! The place was so clean, smelled nice and had charging ports for my phone and laptop while I waited. I will definitely give Eric Marbey and the Good Year Staff my business.

I brought in a pretty unique vehicle with several issues that required someone to really nail down a solution. They did the research, found compatible components from other makes/models, learned all about this non-standard car, and took extreme care getting it all reassembled. They updated me all along the way, and gave realistic timeframes for each step. I know they stay absolutely swamped since they're downtown, but they obviously know how to juggle a busy schedule. I've come here for routine maintenance plenty of times, and even though the parking lot is always full, I'm always in and out in no time. Good luck finding a crew this knowledgable and helpful -- especially in the downtown area.
