As soon as I arrived at Express, Eva was super friendly, followed immediately by Jeff & Jorgie. As a woman, most auto shops tend to treat me like a child, or unintelligent. There was NONE of that here. They explained everything to me, gave me suggestions to solve little problems I've been having, and gave me the quickest oil change I've ever seen. For my older Mini, I was quoted up to $150 starting for an oil change, and Express did everything I needed for less. Definitely found my new shop! Great team, and I look forward to working with them in the future!
