He jumped right in to assist me and answer my questions. Within minutes of him looking under the hood of the car, he knew exactly what was wrong and told me what needed to be done. He actually gave lots of details throughout the whole process and I liked that because I am a detailed person. He set realistic expectations in regard to what parts were needed and approximately how long it would take to complete the repairs. He told me that he would take good care of me and he did just that. In fact, the entire team there was very pleasant to interact with. They all were on the same type of vibe, which is very refreshing, considering the rarity of good customer service in a lot of places these days.
