He kept me informed of what was being done, cheerfully and patiently answered all my questions. When he discovered an issue with one of the tires he immediately showed me and explained the problem along with options for taking care of it. I have been using this Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers location for over 15 years. The service & technicians have always been very good; Drew is one of the best! Highly recommend asking for Drew if you want excellent and thorough service.
