I would get text messages throughout my trip from them, to assure that everything was going smoothly and if there was any kind of question ir concern, to call them. But everything was awesome. I would never rent a car from any other place!

Still giving 4 stars because the staff was super sweet, and the smell i believe to be an Enterprise problem, not specifically this location.

From the time we started checking in at the desk to getting our rental, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We value are time, Terrance showed with speed and precision that he too understand the value of a customer's time. He definitely deserves a BONUS and PROMOTION in order to keep such an exceptional employee around. After checking in at the desk, before I had a chance to sit in a chair to wait, Terrance was out front with our rental car ready to do the final walk around. I was blown away and impressed by his drive, passion, and level of customer service. He alone made this experience with Enterprise above and behind and earned a loyal customer. The car was clean, the process was simple and we had no issues. THANK YOU!!!!
