  My mother & I have been renting from this location for the past couple of months. The first time we rented a vehicle we were very satisfied, 2nd time satisfied as well! I think like the 3rd time we had a successful rental from this location.. Except that the review mirror on the passenger side was tore off on the back Yes, the mirror was still on. It’s just the principle that the back side was off! This last time when we picked up for the rental. Right after getting it. We had to stop to put air in the tires.. And as we was on our way home… reminds you that we was out of town and the oil light had came on. We had to stop at Tire Express to get oil! As we returned the vehicle. We mentioned it to the worker. And he was more than happy to assist us. The worker’s there is very friendly. So, wtbs.. we was satisfied & definitely we be renting again soon.

  Amazing staff clean cars I've never had any issues at enterprise on bob wallace great service staff is very professional and I would recommend everybody to rent at enterprise on bob wallace

  The absolute worst takes nearly 1.5-2hrs to get a pre-booked car. Heaven forbid you have plans. Do not book with this location.

  I've rented from this location for many years due to it being close to my vicinity. Never have I ever experienced the level of service that I felt this past weekend. It has been several times at least 4 to be exact that I have rented a certain size vehicle with confirmation reservations and didn't receive the size I needed. My reservations was always replaced with what they've had available and not necessarily what I needed. It wasn't really bad enough for me to leave a review. I usually only do Google reviews for outstanding services and horrific services. I reserved for Friday October 3rd for a full size SUV for pickup at 5:30pm. Checked in early and arrived at 4:30 to little to no assistance until 5:45pm. My rental was not available. Kendric, assistant branch manager, attempted with no regards of making sure anything was taken care of after my heartbreaking experience. Sat in Enterprise until 7pm for them to promise me the vehicle I reserved to be taken care of by the area manager Nick Whitt which never happened. Long story short, they insisted I contact the area manager at 9:30pm for him to have the vehicle available at the airport location which I would have to drive to and pickup. He never answered the phone or called back and ignored ALL text messages. Area Manager? No consideration on the bind they put me in while traveling with my children. This is a business and I was paying for a service that took my credit card information and driver's license for them to not even acknowledge my needs in trusting them. Thank God I have a vehicle that could accommodate my children and other passengers but had no plans to add miles to my vehicle. It was beyond unprofessional and displeasing to the start of my vacation. No one has reached out to me still on October 7th or checked to see if I was taken care of. Not 1 returned phone call. I went from reserving a service to being the customer that had to call the area manager to confirm a vehicle that was already confirmed with my personal information connected to their system and pick it up myself, to not hearing from anyone at all and no vehicle. The thought of telling your customer to contact the boss and he ignores you is bad business. To require your customer to drive to a further location with no assistance baffles my mind. Very disappointing and could have ruined a planned/paid for vacation. God's protection is a covering that I carry but the amount of energy I gave trying to accommodate my family for them to not give a ounce of concern was mind blowing. Like I said before I have had problems in the past but not on this caliber. They have completely lost a long-term customer for sure. Clearly my services was not needed and I no longer need theirs. FYI, this shouldn't be a scam business or a bet to see who wins the prize/car. People ask for a service for a reason and you should not confirm if you can't provide the need. Professionalism inside the Bob Wallace office was low vibrational and cringy to watch and the area manager confirmed what's happening throughout the company. Thank God for my protection and grace. I truly feel sorry for people that are less fortunate. But for those that want to know and care my trip was amazing 🙏🏾🙌🏾
