  A rental confirmation and check in says that a car is available. Not true, I was told the day before that they didn't have my car. Complete failure by Enterprise. They offered no remedy. Ruined my Christmas plans. Will not recommend this location much less do business with them in the future.

  This enterprise is probably the best location I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled all around the United States. Cooper was the gentleman I spoke to when booking and confirming the reservation and he was so informative and his customer service was off the chain. Jake was the gentleman inside the store who I picked up the car from and returned the car too, and his customer service was phenomenal. Such nice people!

  Charged me a $150 dog hair cleaning fee when I don't own a dog, nor were there any dogs in the car at any given time. Also, they kept my $50 deposit. Therefore, they robbed me of $200 for a imaginary dog hair cleaning fee.

  It’s unfortunate I’ve forgotten up until now to leave a review but I will attempt to be concise and break it down as best I can. For starters, I personally have NEVER had an issue with front of house or back of house (service/cleaning) staff, everyone is as knowledgeable as can be and for whatever information they don’t have they have always referred me to a different employee for further info/explanation. The fact there aren’t more positive reviews is quite appalling as this location is as busy as they come and now writing this, I can see how that could possibly be a negative😂, however they are quick, thorough, and always do their best to assist any customer to the extent of their capabilities. I’ve been renting with them for close to a year and a half and I’ve not had any issues when it comes to swapping out a vehicle due to smell, mechanical issue, or even a malfunctioning sensor; as long as they have inventory they’re more than willing. I’ve also received free upgrades from time-time which is also due to low inventory or excess with no upcoming bookings for different vehicle classes. With wait times I will say that can vary, but AGAIN it’s due to inventory, from a person returning a vehicle to it being cleaned out for another customer I’ve seen it go as quick as 15 min, but that’s not to say that’s what you should expect, as different times of the day and how busy they are have a direct correlation to your service being expedited or not as I have had a couple of times where the wait was well over an hour, but this is what you should expect when you don’t do your due diligence in calling ahead of time or booking through the app! In conclusion overall my experience has been nothing but positive, I can only think of 2 times where I didn’t receive that personal touch from staff that would’ve rubbed me the wrong way if I wasn’t an understanding individual, but my positive heavily outweighs the negative IMO, so it would behoove you to do your part before trying to blame staff for your shortcomings. Wait times can vary, vehicle availability can vary, service can VARY, all-in-all be empathetic as this is a HIGH VOLUME location and you may not always get what you’re looking for but they do what they can to make sure you’re satisfied‼️ Huge thumbs up from me guys, keep up the great work. -Signed Mr.Spears Adams🙃
