  The employee was very rude to my husband 😒 😤and my husband ask him for an oil fliter and he said they don't have it in which my husband check in website that this location had 31 oil fliter and he kept on saying no we don't have and the guy or kid kept on saying no we don't have and he was so lazy to go in the back to check and he didn't even try to go look for it. And I'm telling you now in days people don't want to work anymore or to have great customer service anymore where the manager that care for the employees to treat customers right and I use to be an assistant manager for Pepboys and O'reilly's and I was always on top of the employees about having great customer service and to engagement with the customer. You guys should back ground check on these employees you are hiring and the employee that didn't help my husband is short African American and when my husband left the guy or kid walked out and went to the back of the loading dock. Check on stores GM and my husband went to O'reilly's to get the fliter where they did help him out 💯.

  I went to the AutoZone on Jordan lane, next to WEUP and I was in despair because I needed to change my air filter in my car and I didn't know how. One of the employees, Rona, stopped what she was doing and immediately helped me pick out the correct filter, put it in for me and taught me how to do it. She also did this in the cold rain, with a smile as bright as the sun! This was the best customer service I ever had from an auto parts store!!! I will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs! AutoZone, you definitely have a "KEEPER" on your hands!!!! I don't know her position but I recommend she be promoted immediately! She has turned me into a faithful customer! Thank you Rona!!!

  If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the worst location in Huntsville. Bottom of the barrel. Employees are rude and lazy. I will never go back.

  I want to acknowledge an employee at this store his name was Juan and he way beyond regular workers trying to help me diagnosis a problem I was having replacing a cigarette lighter socket. He helped me identify the proper fuses, wire plugs, and replacement socket. We was very knowledgeable about the parts and their purpose. Thank you Juan. That kind of customer service is why I'll be back.
