- DBDee BailzJan 3, 20265.0I went to the AutoZone on Jordan lane, next to WEUP and I was in despair because I needed to change my air filter in my car and I didn't know how. One of the employees, Rona, stopped what she was doing and immediately helped me pick out the correct filter, put it in for me and taught me how to do it. She also did this in the cold rain, with a smile as bright as the sun! This was the best customer service I ever had from an auto parts store!!! I will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs! AutoZone, you definitely have a "KEEPER" on your hands!!!! I don't know her position but I recommend she be promoted immediately! She has turned me into a faithful customer! Thank you Rona!!!

He helped me identify the proper fuses, wire plugs, and replacement socket. We was very knowledgeable about the parts and their purpose. Thank you Juan. That kind of customer service is why I'll be back.
